Policies & Terms of Service

1. PRIVACY POLICY

1.1 Data Collection & Usage

Our game collects minimal personal data necessary for core functionality:

  • Authentication data (social account ID, display name, profile picture) via Facebook/Google login
  • Device information (device ID, OS version, IP address) for security and analytics
  • Gameplay data (progress, scores, in-game purchases, friend lists) stored locally and on our secure servers

All collected data is used exclusively within the game environment for:

  • Account authentication and session management
  • Progress synchronization across devices
  • Fraud detection and security enforcement
  • Game balance optimization and bug fixes
  • Delivery of purchased virtual items

We DO NOT:

  • Sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties
  • Share identifiable data with advertisers (only anonymized/aggregated analytics)
  • Use your social profile data for purposes outside this game without explicit consent

1.2 Data Storage & Security

  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Servers hosted in secure data centers with SOC 2 compliance
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing conducted quarterly
  • Access to user data restricted to authorized personnel only

1.3 Data Retention & Deletion

  • Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely while account remains active
  • Inactive accounts (>12 months no login): Automatically anonymized after 18 months
  • Account deletion requests: Processed within 30 days upon verified request (contact kawakasa.2610@gmail.com)
  • Legal holds: Data retained if required by law enforcement or pending disputes

1.4 Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This game is NOT intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will promptly delete it upon parental request. Parents may contact us at kawakasa.2610@gmail.com to review/delete their child's information.

1.5 Third-Party Services

We integrate limited third-party SDKs strictly for essential functions:

  • Firebase Authentication (Google): Account management only
  • AdMob (Google): Contextual advertising (no personal data shared)
  • RevenueCat: In-app purchase processing (PCI DSS compliant)

All third parties comply with GDPR/CCPA and process data under our strict data processing agreements.

1.6 Your Rights

Per GDPR/CCPA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Opt-out of non-essential data processing
  • Lodge complaints with your local data protection authority

2. TERMS OF SERVICE

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By logging into this game via any authentication method (social login, guest account, or email), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the game.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • You may not transfer, sell, or share accounts with third parties
  • You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and current

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify game files/code
  • Exploit bugs/glitches for unfair advantage (must report via support)
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate other players
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or game mechanics ("multi-accounting")
  • Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of virtual items/currency outside official channels
  • Violate applicable laws (including gambling regulations in your jurisdiction)

2.4 Enforcement & Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor gameplay via automated systems and manual review
  • Issue warnings, temporary suspensions (1–30 days), or permanent bans without prior notice
  • Confiscate virtual items/currency obtained through violations
  • Terminate accounts involved in chargebacks/fraudulent payments without refund
  • Disclose account information to law enforcement upon valid legal request
Note: All enforcement decisions are final and at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

2.5 Virtual Items & Currency

  • All in-game currency ("Sao," "Diamonds") and items are non-transferable licenses, not property
  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • We reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance items without compensation
  • Purchases are final except where required by law (see Refund Policy below)

2.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of merchantability or fitness
  • We are not liable for: lost progress due to device failure/account deletion, third-party service outages, or indirect/consequential damages
  • Total liability capped at the amount you paid for in-game purchases in the last 6 months

3. REFUND POLICY

Platform Refunds

  • Google Play/App Store purchases: Subject to platform refund policies (typically 48 hours). Contact platform support directly.

After 48 hours

No refunds except for:

  • Technical defects preventing gameplay (verified by support)
  • Unauthorized purchases by minors (with proof)
  • Legal requirement in your jurisdiction

Non-refundable Items

  • Consumable items already used
  • Time-based subscriptions partially used
  • Virtual currency spent
